I also have same problem get the same error message when clicking redeem.I have 1090 points i have been with them for just under a month. My friend is a member and he checked his today and his works fine but i have had no joy with emailing them

I had a problem redeeming vouchers - wanted to exchange approximately 870 points for (I think) £25 Amazon vouchers.

The form kept saying that I hadn't enough points, even though my account stated 1275 points earned.

Emailed using their contact form and they responded within a day, stating that you have to order value of 1000 points at least. Apparently (from what I understand) it seems you are unable to redeem a lower value.

I changed my order to Paypal payment which was over 1000 points and the order went through.

I haven't heard from them at all since PerksPlus said they had passed my inquiry on; I'm going to give it a couple more days, then let PerksPlus know I've had no response and see if there's anything more they will do.

Finally got some points today for the 251407 cat diary. They have given me 397 which is a little under what they owe me but I am just glad to get most of the points. But I must say I have sent loads of messages to them regarding it. Only noticed my points once I logged it my account. I am still waiting for my cheque though but this has given me just a little glimmer of hope.
