All I keep getting, when clicking on redeem is... An unexpected error occurred while accessing the Perks system. Please try again.

I did send a message to them last night, so hopefully they get back to me today.
Just seems weird it stopped working for me soon as I got the points I wanted for a pay out

Just to update, still same error and they still haven't emailed me back

Down for me also, has been for a few days, I've mailed them twice and not had a response, blooming annoying.
