1100 points was £31.50 and took 5 weeks to come

So points gone up to claim and value decreased ....hmm .

I hope they don't watch exchange rates and process when it's favourable to them lol.

I doubt they do as I have seen cheques posted dated just a few dates apart for people here, some people earning over £1 more than others. If they were waiting for exchange rates all the time they would just post them and date them on one specific day rather than two or three dates each week.

I got an email from there a few days ago, wonder has anyone else?

It says they have other good things in store for us. some change taking place soon. I don't think it's related to the initial change in the rewards system but something new up their sleeve.

Is anyone like me, that when you reach the 1000 points cashout (which is a bit stupid with the new rewards system when you can actually claim a paypal payment for for 187 points) that its seems a lot of drudgery and suveys to do to have to reach that 1000 point target again?

I'm always saying I want to give up, but maybe its the odd 100 point survey that keeps me going.

Maybe this time it will be bye bye globaltestmarket nice knowing you since 2006.

    John

Oh My Gawd ... It Changed

GlobalTestMarket We want to provide the best survey research possible and give all our members the same survey opportunities. We have found that including survey point values may influence how our members answer certain surveys. Additionally, surveys with interesting topics or high point values are picked more frequently by members and therefore “close” sooner. Removing survey point values gives all our members the same opportunities while continuing to provide quality survey research. Also note that at the beginning of all surveys members are told approximately how long the survey will take and approximately how many points.

Well if it's a car, phone or sweepstakes survey, I just close them straight down regardless of the points. Really can't be doing with them, life's way too short.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I am still waiting for them to email me back about the diary survey and also about a cheque that they sent me the end of March that I have still not received. They seem to be ignoring all my messages though :( I really do think they are going downhill as I have been with them for years and never had a problem before now.

I cashed out £30 Amazon this week, received it within 24 hours (£25 & £5). Means I've hit cashout twice in just over one month (about 33 days I think) but one week of that I wasn't online at all :D

Just enough for another £30 Amazon now - wooohoo! Under 4 weeks too!
