  • They got back to me today to say "Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The technical problem will
be addressed as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience."
Think we are all getting a different reply. Think I will wait another week and if the points have not been credited I will get back on to them. So annoying though as they are not the quickest company to email you back.

I emailed them again this morning and have just had the same reply as you. It was a Toluna survey and they take forever with their points, hopefully we will get them eventually
  • The new payment scheme is a bit of a shaft as the points threshold has gone up and as I think has been previously stated you can't buy any of the smaller items as you need a minimum of 1000 points in your cart.On the upside at least we'll get paid a little quicker rather than waiting weeks for the cheque.

Don't know if there's some tech problems with GTM but I got the same surveys sent to my inbox many times yesterday, most of which I was screened out of without being asked any qualifying questions!?

Trying to get to 1087 pts to claim my £30 but stuck at 1045 and they owe me 160,a bit frustrating.Oh well, what can you do but pi$$ and moan eh? :)

Is it really true that you still can't cash out for less than 1000 points, so what really is the point of the smaller rewards.

Did anyone get a smoking survey by one of the universities where it says in the introduction (Not by Globaltestmarket but on the first page of the survey) you will get £15 for completing this survey.

Globaltestmarkets reward is 100 points, I suppose they have to make their money somehow.

I assume they don't want to be faffing around with people constantly withdrawing small amounts, but at least the new system allows you to mix & match rewards (eg £5 Amazon & £5 Paypal) once you've hit 1000 points, so there's an added flexibility there.

Has anyone successfully got any paypal payments yet under the new rewards?

I put in for a paypal payment last week but so far got nothing, though it does say it can take 5-7 business days.

Just a little worried that for some reason or other it won't come through.

  • I've slacked most of April on surveys, just got burnt out. Then I started again today at like 2am and I've done about 10. Very nice change to come back to - to find £20 I can withdraw on PayPal. I'm impressed.

Yes, had a payment the other day; it came through in the evening of the 7th business day after ordering.
