Should say, I have tried different browsers, computers and even my mobile phone. No dice.

I redeemed £30 paypal on 24th May and have had the payment this morning, I can log in and go through redeem rewards with no problems so far.Hope everyone gets it sorted soon.0

They usually take several days to reply and likely won't be in the office now until lunchtime our time on Monday.
Hope it gets sorted for those having problems, just checked and still working fine for me, even ordered a reward to check...0 -
I've been unable even to log in for the last couple of weeks. Have sent them a couple of support requests about it, and received the same form email in response both time, saying "Your request has been solved" although nothing has changed. Very annoyed because I was only a survey or two away from a £30 Paypal redemption. Awaiting a response to my last email, in which I somewhat firmly requested that someone actually look into the problem and send me a relevant response instead of doing nothing and sending me a form email.0
