Lose Weight 36

67.4 kg today. That's - 0.8 kg down from this time last week.
When I had reduction mammoplasty (breast reduction) 5 weeks ago on Friday, I had a total of 1.7 kg removed. I started at 69.0 kg that morning so, yesterday when I got down to 67.3 kg, that was exactly the amount removed at surgery and allowing for all the swelling, bruising etc to subside. The sun is shining today - first time we've seen it for several days, and I'm hopeful that without that weight to carry around in front and weather improving, I'll be able to get back to being more active. I'm going to rejoin LA Fitness in a few weeks' time and re-start the aqua-aerobics, when I'm able to get back into chlorinated water again - not yet for a while.
No chocolate, although we passed by a display in Waitrose where they had different types of Green and Black's organic chocolates. We went to a Lent lunch last week at a local church - home-made soup, crusty bread and hot cross buns to follow, and giving to charity.

STS for me this week
Haven't been eating too well this week though so can't complain really. I ad a new cooker delivered yesterday so really looking forward to being able to cook again as my last one broke nearly 2 weeks ago!
Well done on the run Jess!!! :j that is a fab achievement! :A0 -
I have opted in and out of this over the last couple of years and didn't want to put my name down in case I let everybody down.
But maybe it is time to do just that.
I weighed in last September at a whopping 19 stone 10 pounds and lost 1 stone 3 pound before Xmas. After Xmas I weighed in at 19 stone 2 pounds so I'd put some weight back on.
5 weeks ago yesterday I started again at 19 stone 2 pounds and am pleased to say at the weigh in today I am 17 stone 9 pounds. I make that 21 pounds loss so far this this time and a massive ( in my eyes) 2 stone, since I started.
If you could put my name down for next week I'd be grateful.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -
STS again for me this week. Finding it really difficult to be good in this awful weather, sounds like others are feeling this too. Chins up all, we can do it!:D

+1lb on for me this week but pretty pleased with that as I'm aiming to maintain and have a had a lot of treat food too.
The weather is certanly not helping, I have a week booked off work in April and I'm REALLLLLY hoping it improves by then so we feel more inclined to get out and about.
Big 'hello' to stebiz and massive well done to TQ - always good to know the fat is decreasing as well as the weight!0 -
Hi,
+ 2lbs
5 hours and 13 minutes for the exercise challenge (indoor bike).
A week of "ups and downs." A few outdoor bike rides but some of those just come home quick as not interested to venture further. Some of the time pleased to be eating much more healthily but still occasions when things slip (mood-related?). Have had food cravings for protein foods and tomato soup which now have passed. Anyhow will persevere.

+1lb for me, won't be weighing this weekend as I will be away and working off the damage that I've done this week and last week.0

Well done to our losers and STSers, commiserations to our gainers this week - this will be a difficult week with all the hot cross buns and chocolate eggs about. You can do the best that you can - and if you eat them enjoy them without guilt and try to be moderate in the naughtiness.
