Hey guys! Im on the ipad and its annoying correcting everything and adding punctuation so be warned!

Im still being a host, why did nobody tell me how hard it is? Blimey! Still having fun though :)

Hope everyone had a good easter, ive been stuffing my face with chocolate as you can imagine! Managed to get one work out done today, but its tricky with everyone at home.

  • Well I had grand plans of doing lots of exercise over the long weekend but between shopping, cleaning, family visiting and being called into work it never quite happened, oops! At least I only ate a bit of cake and half a choccie egg so not too much damage. Gave myself a kick up the bum today and did 1 hour exercise after work so back in the routine now hopefully!

Half an hour gardening and 45 minutes walking, so 1 hour 15 minutes for today for me. :)

Here we go...1 &3/4 lb gain for me this week :(
On the plus side I have 1 & 3/4 hour exercise, Zumba and body balance to add from last night

Today I am off work, so going to work hard at the gym, LBT and body combat, possibly Pilates and cardio blast if I can manage it!

Back up to 68.0 kg today. No idea why. That's 0.6 kg from a week ago.

    I meant + 0.6 kg from a week ago.

No idea why. Have not yet been able to do any exercise. I want to rejoin LA Fitness and go to aqua-aerobics again, but the skin grafts are still not completely healed, and I can't put them into chlorinated water.

give it time hun, I know its frustrating, I had a similar thing a while ago I had surgery and because I was silly, and went back to work too early, the wound began to separate and I ended up on antibiotics as it got infected and it had to be flushed out and restitched. I now have a scar, which if I had behaved myself I probably wouldn't have had :(
