Hello everybody,
Much of the same routine exercise for me. I was doing really well eating "healthier" until Tuesday. (Two sets of really "bad" news broke my focus?). Anyhow, STS since last Wednesday. Would love pleasanter weather so to spend more time in the garden for a change.

Giving this some thought..... My problem is that I've been on many diets before, and if I'm ever to try again I want it to end successfully. So hard to stay hopeful/positive when I've a long history of failures and all the while getting bigger! I'm now a size 24
Have made myself two promises: a) to have a healthy breakfast EVERY DAY. b) To go for a long walk 3 times a week. That's it! Keep up the good work everyone, and I'll let you know when I've got the courage to give it a final go! xxx
Thanks to all of you for posting the competitions! Really appreciate it. :lovethoug0 -
