    Hello everybody,

Much of the same routine exercise for me. I was doing really well eating "healthier" until Tuesday. (Two sets of really "bad" news broke my focus?). Anyhow, STS since last Wednesday. Would love pleasanter weather so to spend more time in the garden for a change.

  • Thanks Fred, don't feel quite so bad knowing I wasn't the only one who struggled last week!

Couldn't get online to post last night, but did 45 minutes of aqua aerobics and 50 minutes of walking (to and from gym and to the stores), so for yesterday, 1 hour and 35 minutes to add. :)

  • Giving this some thought..... My problem is that I've been on many diets before, and if I'm ever to try again I want it to end successfully. So hard to stay hopeful/positive when I've a long history of failures and all the while getting bigger! I'm now a size 24 :( Have made myself two promises: a) to have a healthy breakfast EVERY DAY. b) To go for a long walk 3 times a week. That's it! Keep up the good work everyone, and I'll let you know when I've got the courage to give it a final go! xxx
Thanks to all of you for posting the competitions! Really appreciate it. :lovethoug

Today has been a bad day for my depression, but still managed to get 35 minutes of walking in.
