I think I must have had too much salt (and therefore water retention) in my recent past because the last two weeks were below expectations and this week was too high. Whatever the biology behind it, I lost six pounds this week meaning the three week average is back to exactly where I think it should be (four pounds a week).

Overall that brings the total to 75 pounds (five stone five for the mathematically challenged) which is 37.9% of the way to my goal, things are going well.

Yes it did come! Major stress build up.

Hows everyone doing? I'm going to start a ban on chocolate after i've finished off this lot in the cupboard. Keep reminding me how fat my legs are guys if I mention i've eaten chocolate after this post!! :p

    Well done Mandatory!

Fred: Good ideas in the article. I have a problem with portion size in that I literally eat like a man - most people are quite impressed at what I can put it away!

Thanks everyone! :) I'm not sure if I'll be able to have a weight loss this week, went a teensy bit overboard this weekend and I have a buffet to compete with tomorrow, although I may just arrive 'fashionably late' to ignore it. I'm also booked in to pilates on Thursday, plus an hour at the gym before then. Fingers crossed, and have a good week everyone else! :D

Haven't really been keeping up with my exercise times (oops), but today I have done 4 hours housework, 30 minutes swimming and 25 minutes walking, so a total of 4 hours 55 minutes for today.
