Congrats to our SoTW jackieb and our SoTM White Rose Tight ThaKnows :j:j:T:T

Well done to our losers and STSers this week and commiserations to our gainers - this week is one small step in a marathon so don't stress about things your can't change, focus on the future as that is all you can control.

Well done to jackieb and Svenena who've achieved this months 5lb challenge. If you wish to join this challenge next month please post below.

Here's this weeks team challenge chart:
    RosevCandle26Feb14_zps385b3bdc.jpg

Congrats to the Candle's team who've won this week, and the Roses team who've won this month.

Next months teams are Daffodil v Shamrock.

If you want to join in please let me know which team you wish to join.

Here's this weeks chart for the London to Sochi trip:

Well done to everyone taking part :T:T:T.

I will continue to add any exercise logged until Friday night and will post the final chart next week.

Next months challenge is to a 20km challenge - which is the longest race at the Paralympics in Sochi. I will convert any exercise times into distance for you so you'll need to post what exercise you do and for how long. If you wish to do more or less than 20km please let me know.

If you wish to take part in this challenge please post below.

This weeks quote is by George W. Carve:
"Ninety-nine percent of the failures comes from people who have the habit of making excuses."

    I'm down 2lb this week. :)

I've managed to walk more than 4 hours this week. Might not be a lot for some but as a couch potato it's a lot for me lol
  • I would like to aim for 5lb and 20K please fred - and I would like to be a Daffodil :)

Day 12 of the 30 Day Shred done, think I need to mix some more cardio in there as well. It won't be tomorrow though as I'm out for dinner with the girls!

And Fred, thank you again for all your efforts in doing the charts every week, it's much appreciated in keeping my motivation up :T
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j

As much as I would love to be SOW Fred, I am afraid there has been a mistake. I didn't post any weight loss this week?
