  • STS for me again this week. I'm really not sure what else I can do to start the lb's shifting!!

As it's the start of Lent, I'm having a big push to see if I can give up cakes. biscuits etc to see if that makes a difference. I've bought a new notebook to write everything down and see where I'm going wrong.....

6 hours exercise this week :)
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j

-1 lb for me this week, please.

And so far this month I've walked 8.8 km towards my 40km goal.
  • I am reporting a 4LB Loss this week thanks Fred :j

I did weigh myself last Thursday morning and had put on more weight but don't know where it has all gone this week...... I did step on the scale 3x to make sure they weren't lying to me this morning

Ok just to be a pain can I add to last months Sochi Total 360 hrs skating and running (sorry I didn't post before)

And can I be added to the 5lb challenge this month and attempt the 40km - I have only ran 4.57KM this week (from 1/3/14) but will do more this week. Don't know how to add my skating training in distance so if I just log time with you is that ok but running distance?

Sorry to be such a pain, but you can send me all the chocolate you want :EasterBun

March might me my turnaround (fingers crossed)

Good Luck to everyone else with weigh in this week :D
    Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

STS since last Wednesday. Couldn't have done any more regarding lots of exercise and average calories per day? Not too disappointed for the first week of the challenge!

Sochi total has been updated for you, and it's fine to post a mix of distance and time. I'm estimating 3 miles per hour for time and converting it to km - although if someone does specify what exercise they do and it's something like 30 day shred I'll estimate 4 hours per mile. :j:j

Thanks for taking my chocolate ;)

Hi, do I just post in here to join in? :)

I lost 30lbs a few years ago and seem to now pretty much have put it all back on, so I want the countability of posting on here about it to make me get back exercising like I should have been since new year!

I'm 30 in August and would like to make my 30's healthier than my 20's ever were! I just weighed myself and i'm 232lbs (16.6st) and I'm going to set the target of being down to 200lbs (14.3st) by my birthday in late August (I'm not sure if thats really easy or totally impossible, but it's the lowest weight i got down to last time so a nice target in my head.) and re-adjust at that time.

I'm going to be doing the coach to 5k to try get running before work again, and lifting weights from home in the evening (I'm male and always enjoyed the weights... if I actually start!)

Looking forward to posting updates and joining in the chat. :)
Hi and welcome to the thread - good luck with the couch to 5k :)

Look forwards to you joining in the chat :T

I've had a cold this week and been useless at everything, ah dear. So it's +1lb (could so easily have been worse!).

I'll be a Daffodil unless we're short of Shamrocks!

I only did about 60 minutes exercise (mini trampoline) during the last few days of Feb. Almost made it to Sochi! Almost. Ah well.

Another 120 minutes exercise for the start of March (walking).

Sorry, I've only had intermittent internet this week. Lost 1lb last week. I'll join whichever 5lb group has the fewest members, but I won't go in for an exercise challenge.
