STS for me this week. In fact, I can't even be sure that I haven't gained a pound or so, the scales couldn't make up their mind!
I'm really dispirited, have been doing the 30 Day Shred every day and do feel much better for it; my clothes are a lot looser and I was hoping for a decent weight loss this week. It just seems like I have tried so hard since Christmas and all I've lost is about half a stone
11 hours exercise for me this week, not that it did me much good. What a grumpy start to the morning! Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
Won't be able to weigh in this week - scales at work and 48 hours of having my head down the loo so off sick. Put me down as STS because that's what the scales said Monday morning."Save £12k in 2019" #120 - £100,699.57/£100,0000

I fasted yesterday to make up for going out for all-you-can-eat Indian on Monday evening, so I don't think this morning's weigh in is an accurate reflection, as I'll have had less food in my body than usual. So I'm going on Monday's weight instead, which had me down 0.6lbs from last Wednesday.
I'm feeling dispirited because I can't really tell that I've lost weight at all - my clothes are all fitting pretty much the same, despite having lost very nearly a stone. I'm trying to remind myself that it's only taken me about seven weeks to achieve that though, and I hope in another seven weeks time to be nearly at the two stone mark, which surely will make a difference?!
Sending encouragement to all the STSers - don't let it get you down, and keep at it.0 -
So it's +2lb for me this week. Oh dear. Despite my 12 hours 20 mins exercise (mostly walking, rather than high impact aerobics), being on holiday and drinking & eating very decadently has taken its toll. Back to basics next week, methinks!
Svenena, I've been there - I think it's the mind playing tricks more than anything else, and I was the same, I really didn't notice the difference with clothes until there was a bigger weight loss. There were times that I didn't even seem notice that I'd lost several stone, that sounds so mad but it shows you how daft your own mind can be!
RubySlippers I would completely go with what your clothes are doing in your case, If you're doing hardcore exercise then that will be creating muscle which is denser & heavier (& good for you!). If you're looking & feeling great then that's a sure sign things are working! Keep at it!
*hugs to the gainers & STS* bodies are funny things, they have to handle so much so don't worry if things have slowed or blipped, tomorrow is new day & all that!a penny picker upper. Sorry guys. No change AGAIN. I need to step up the exercise. My daughters 18th birthday on Saturday isn't going to help this week either.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0

I am really sorry but I forgot to weigh myself this morning and have only just got back from training so don't feel it would reflect my true weight as have just drunk 2 litres of water ......
But can I add a lowly 158 mins treadmill/ walking
and 540 mins skating to my sochi total.
I have gone back to work and it has just seemed to knock me for 6, I am so tired and have had no energy to do much. (think this is why forgot to weigh in as forgot what day it was!)
We all seem to have had a pretty tough week with many STS - maybe March with the brighter evenings will be the help we all needRestarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed
