Exercise finally kicking in, hurrah!
7 hours 45 minutes exercise this week, mostly from walking as I'm away visiting family.a penny picker upper. MFW approx 78% to go | FIRE 3 years worth (30% savings rate: now aiming for 40%!) | Normality is a paved road; it's comfortable to walk, but no flowers grow on it | Whatever you're meant to do, do it now. The conditions are always impossible | The only thing you absolutely have to know, is the location of the library0 -
STS since last Wednesday. About the same number of calories as last week, indoor/outdoor cycling and have been doing some gardening e.g. sorting out pavement areas and composting. Just one day was difficult as felt like having a lot to eat but didn't; not this time!
Good luck with your goals.

If you've only got 18lbs to lose, then 1lb a week is plenty. And it's always harder to lose the closer you are to target, so I think you're doing fantastically well!
I am over a year away from my target (which will still put me in the overweight BMI category) - patience is part of the game.
However, somehow I have lost 3lbs this week. No idea how that has happened, as I don't think I've done anything different. No doubt it'll bounce back next week.0 -
