  • Good luck with the interview, fredsnail!

I picked up some new digital scales this week, they're scary ones that tell you exactly how much fat you're carrying etc.... it wasn't pleasant a pleasant experience. :rotfl: Plus the dratted thing said I was several lb's heavier than I thought I was, waaah! :( I'll PM you, fred, with my adjusted starting weight. :o

So, this week I'm STS and did 10 hours exercise, which was a combination of walking and mini trampoline aerobics. :j

Haven't been good on the healthy eating front thanks to life being a tad stressful of late, but I'll try and crack on with that again this week. :o

    - 4lbs since last Wednesday; the most likely reason being 600 calories less per day on average than the week before. Usual cycling exercise last week too. Relentless stormy weather at the moment which may limit outdoor exercise this week.

Thanks for all the good luck wishes for tomorrow morning - yes it is for a job (a promotion) and they're interviewing 7 of us.

I doubt I'll get it but you never know (fingers crossed :j)

    -1lb this week.

9 hours of exercise please for the chart - been a mental week :)
  • Sorry Fred been off line a few days and only just seen your post about being early :(

It's a lowly STS for me anyway (really annoyed but I think that is not helping me either)

    Exercise towards Sochi -
    380 mins walking/treadmill/C25K
390 mins skating (back to training this week)

Hope the interview goes well Fredsnail

    Well done Danni :T

Got weighed today. I lost 1lb.

I've had a stressful week this week. My aunt died at the weekend. Funeral yesterday. Came upon a fatal car crash on Monday. Was just 3 cars behind and was there before emergency services. I overate at the weekend (doing WW and I had over 50pp each day - but hey, at least I still pointed lol ). And on Monday I went to PizzaHut. I only ate half of the pizza and took the rest home. There were 3 accidents in total on the way home and took 3 and a half hours to drive home, so I ate the leftover pizza in the car. :o

I've been good since Monday, and i'm glad i've lost the pound I gained last week when i'd been good. Onwards and downwards!

    Good luck everyone. xx

    Hello,

Thanks for the charts and "congrats" fredsnail, especially in view of your interview which I hope went okay. Also, thanks alliwantistosave for your "well done". Was wondering how things would be for you after last week.

Apologies for the early chart - for those who've missed it I will add your results on.

Thanks Dannie the interview went ok but I doubt I'll get the job as there was too many things I didn't know but I like where I'm working at the moment so I won't mind if I don't get it.
