Congrats jackieb on SOTW, I know how much of a struggle you've had the last few weeks. Well done!
Weight: +1lb
Callanetics: 2hrs 15min
Walking: 5 min
Ballroom Dancing: 1hr 30 min
Inch Loss: 0.5 off waist and 0.5 off hips
Had quite a stressful week, not been sleeping well, had a binge on Thursday with chocolate and biscuits so not surprised I've gained this week. Bit disappointed as was hoping to lose 2lb and hit the 2st milestone, but there's always next week. On a positive note, I've lost in inches on waist and hips so must be doing something right.Weight loss 0/2st

Still struggling with what I can only think of, water weight.
I'm drinking plenty of water - at least 1.5l a day, sometimes more. I've cut out Pepsi Max. Only occasionally have tea and when I do it's either green or white.
I really need to get out walking but things have been hectic this week and just not had time.0 -
Thank you for the website fredsnail and sorry to hear the chocolate monster got you!! I did lots of walking today for work, did succumb to the pastry monster as I was starving, and had been rained on too by that point
I think where I'm going wrong is the lack of consistent cardio exercise - some werks I do lots of walking, but it's not enough - and not making lunches myself. Unfortunately my kitchen facilities are very limited at the moment so I'm not sure what to do about that! I'm vegetarian otherwise I'd make chicken salad & similar, but as it is I do find it tricky to work out what I can make with very little hassle (I'm trying not to eat bread, otherwise sandwiches would have been ok). More research needed.....Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
