I'm down -2lbs this week. :T0

I did one hour on the crosstrainer yesterday while watching TV.
No scales here so I can't report on the weight yet, sorry. At best, it will be a STS week for me but I'll report back after the weigh-in...Save 12k in 2022 #26

Still ill, so no exercise to report.
On the positive side have lost 3lb in a week without even trying.0 -
3lb back on for me
Don't understand what is going on at the moment. I am below my calories and doing lots of exercise but nothing is moving. I am drinking a lot more tea and coffee as well as water to rehydrate me after exercise. I must admit I am really demoralised as I wanted to loose 14lb before going back to work but so far I am back where I started, with the possibility of going back to work next week I am feeling even more down
Good things to report is that to finish my January challenge Can I add
180 mins on the treadmill and 60 mins Skating.
And can I try to drive to Sochi (don't think I will make it if I go back to work........ but see where I end up)
290mins walking/Treadmill and 300mins Skating
Well done to everyone with a loss this week I applaud you :T and I think I am just going to go and hit the biscuits .........Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed
Need to loose 25lb / 3lb lost so far0 -

Hello! Can I come and play?
I've been lurking all week & suddenly realised I'd better pipe up before I missed the boat! I need to lose about 70lb in all. A few health issues have been knocking on the door so I'm determined to crack on & get this sorted before it's too late(!)
If it's ok, I'd like to be a candle and drive to Sochi. I thought I might as well jump in the deep end, I seriously need to make being fit & healthy a priority so might as well aim high & see how I do.
8 hours 20 mins exercise and 1 lb lost this week.
I've been a bit low on the exercise so far, I've been building up again and will hopefully up my game next week!
