Another STS for me this week
I think my body is telling me something..........
I have upped my calories, then tried dropping to 1200 but still no change ....... So I am now in a 6 week slump of still being the same weight!!!
Exercisewise can I add to my sochi trip
308 minutes - treadmill, walking, C25K
330 minutes Skating
But I am hopefully going back to work friday so the exercise is going to drop a little as I can't fit everything in!
Fred - any news on the job front ?

Happy Friday, everyone! :j
I had a STS week. I am relieved as I ate so much last week on hols. Because we had nice weather there, I did 5 hours last week (my best so far this year) and I have done another 3 hours of exercise this week (cross trainer).
I think this means I might have completed my flight to Sochi. After everything I've read about it, I'm definitely going to try and get back home ASAP :rotfl:.
