Careful with the "commission free" use abroad, they are actually charging 2% if you use your visa debit card abroad.

Are you currently in your hotel room in Tenerife on MSE with your new Flex Plus debit card in your wallet?

As I said, only on transactions, not on ATM or over the counter withdrawals.

Well they've paid me £229 in cashback in the last 12 months and i've saved about £80 on flights, so I don't care who owns them.

Have Ulsterbank retained the Ticketmaster benefit? RBS removed the ticket booking service at end of last month - sadly!
    Free is my favourite price!

Yes they still have it, and if you have Ulsterbank Republic of Ireland you also get free airport lounge access from Priority Pass.

Just had a text from Nationwide saying the upgrade has been completed. Logged into internet banking and now states FlexPlus. Said FlexAccount an hour ago...
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂
  • I went to look at that Ulster bank packaged account out of curiosity as I'd not heard of it, one of the benefits it listed was it pays interest when you are in credit. Nice of them, it pays an impressive 0.01%.
If you don't like what I say slap me around with a large trout and PM me to tell me why.

If you do like it please hit the thanks button.

Well you cant have everything I suppose. I only have it for the Ticketmaster Discount, If they dropped that i'd have it closed straight away.

I use a Halifax Reward as my main account.
