Thanks Buffy xx Champagne is lovely and have ice pack on ankle again as was starting to get painful. Soooooo cheesed off with it. Only 2 more weeks and hopefully will be back on my feet.
Don't want to sound mean but bit miffed as no cards from DS and family. Just got prezzies out of bag they gave us last week and mine feels like a pair of socks!!!! Mr SA has box of beer and DD has 2 presents. Don't want them to spend a lot but will be well cheesed off if mine really is just a pair of socks. No sign of anything from DD but she usually comes up with something half decent and she only got paid yesterday so no excuse.
Mr SA has wrapped up the presents I bought for him to give me.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Happy Xmas SA, hope things start improving for you. Sometimes you don't want to seem ungrateful for what you receive as presents but you wonder what people were thinking. Even if I am not spending much I try to buy something the person wants . Xx:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000

Happy Christmas everyone!
Hope everyone is having a fab day.
Not socks by the way, it was a fold up shopping bag. Phew! DD's present to me was £50 cash wrapped up in wrapping paper! Good job I didn't just rip it open!
So add the £50 to the £50 gift card I got from work and I have £100 to spend when I'm back on my feetI plan to take a day off work and have a nice day wandering around town, without Mr SA, a sort of belated Christmas.

Is a shopping bag better than socks?!
.
Glad you've had a nice day, and that you have a lovely shopping day to look forward to. Merry Christmas (again!) XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

It was a Radley one Lucky
Only noticed later on, saw the tag. So better than the average fold up shopping bag. DD however disappointed with her gift from them as it was body stuff which she never uses. She's the most un-girly female ever and absolutely nothing like me, I love my beauty stuff.
It was a quiet rather boring Christmas Day this year. We usually go to the local pub for a couple but it gets so packed just couldn't risk it this year and I doubt Mr SA could push me that far.
On the plus side today has been a no spend day
BUT still annoyed my Christmas has been ruined by Mr SA's carelessnessI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Ah, Radley makes it better than your average bag then!! Fair enough
.
Hope your Christmas next year is the best ever to make up for this one XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
