Quiet day at home today, took dog on park across the road, Mr SA walked with his stick. He did OK with a few stops to sit down. I do wonder whether the scooter is making him less able to walk. Cleaned the whole house, did some gardening and read my book in the lovely warm sunshine.

Had to order Mr SA some new shaver blades, the cheapest I could find were £32!!!! Apart from that it was a low spend day.

Lovely warm sunny day again today. Had a nice relaxing day in the garden reading my book. Mr SA walked to the park again this morning then insisted on coming to the local shops with me. It was too much for him and he's been wobbly and worn out all day. He's costing me a fortune this weekend, what with the shaver blades and he's now broken his camping chair only bought a couple of weeks ago. The truth is he's too heavy for it, only takes up to 90kg, he is 118kg. Despite the fact we've got loads of chairs in the garden he insisted on a new one, so have had to buy him an XL one at a cost of £30. He has now informed me he needs some more face moisturiser. Unfortunately the only one that suits him is Clinique - another £30!!!!! All in all he has cost me almost £100 this weekend - and we haven't been anywhere.

Tomorrow morning I've got to take him to the doctors for a medication review. Will have to take him in the wheelchair, he won't make the walk. Damn scooter place :(

I buy the odd bits Beanie usually when there's a gift with purchase. I also subscribe to 2 monthly beauty boxes so have a good stock of posh stuff.

Took Mr SA to doctors this morning for his medication review. We've managed to get rid of the folic acid as this is for when you're on chemo, also doctor has reduced his anti-d's by 10mg to see how he fares. He's also got some stronger cream for his groin rash as it's getting worse.

Scooter is up and running again. Mr SA asked for a spare but they don't do this.

Now the dog is unwell - moping about and won't eat anything - although she was fine when I took her on the park this morning.

Dog is back to normal - phew. I was worried about her last night and let her sleep in the crook of my arm all night. Only problem was she kept waking up, wagging her tail and licking my face, she must've been so pleased she was being spoilt. So hardly any sleep last night what with that and Mr SA falling asleep downstairs, snoring very loudly, I had to go wake him up. I woke up wondering what the hell the noise was!

Zumba after work tonight and alcohol free night number 2 of the week. Got wine on order from Mr M tomorrow night, am looking forward to a glass so hope they send it this time.

Finishing work early tomorrow - circuit training followed by meeting up with a friend who moved to the coast, en route to a family do. Meeting her in the pub a few doors away from the gym!!!

Got my TUPE transfer date from work contract - 1 November.

Had a nice catch up with friend after first going to gym for circuits. They're going to start doing circuits on a Monday so will go to that too if I can.

Forgot to say yesterday Mr SA bought me a bunch of flowers. Just to say thank you, he's not done anything wrong :)

Meeting re work transfer today, next stage is what grade coming in at, might be higher or same.
