This year really is flying by SA.
Yay to the gym induction, spinning looks evil to me when I've walked past the class!!! Have you done it before? I did insanity last night and that was pure evil too haha!!!!
Hope Mr SA is ok with his swimming xMummytogirls x0 -
I've never done spinning before MTG. Looking forward to giving it a go.
Tonight was Zumba at work not gym, really enjoyed it.
Not a lot else to report. Tonight is alcohol free day 2/12.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Went to circuits at lunchtime. Enjoyed it. Had a bit of kerfuffle with the changing room locker but otherwise great. Need to get a bit more organised in this respect.
Mr SA quite a bit wobbly today. He didn't go swimming as planned. He was fed up and picked up a bottle of his tablets and said he felt like taking the whole bottle - they were actually his super strength vitamins! He was also "helpful" in pegging out the washing I had left in the machine to wash tonight - all dirty!!!
Big shop from Mr M arrived tonight minus my wine - out of stockI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Glad you're enjoying the classes SA.

Oh dear to the washing, hopefully he will remember when its all clean too xxMummytogirls x0 -
No aching today thankfully. Don't think I'll be saying the same after tomorrow's spin class though!
WW tonight put half a pound onMy own fault not been counting points. Determined to lose that last 5lbs before holiday - 8 weeks today.
Mr SA a bit more himself today.
And I've got wine tonight - just the one mindI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Hooray it's Friday
Spin class was good. Bit saddle sore though. Why are bike saddles so uncomfortable? Butt is hurting big time.
Mr SA's scooter has another puncture and they can't get out to fix it until MondaySo a housebound weekend in store unless we dig the wheelchair out. Got plenty to do though so not the end of the world. Only problem is he has a doctor's appointment Monday morning - wheelchair or walk with stick? Not far to walk but he fell last time he tried to walk to the park across the road.
Need to sort finances this weekend - I got paid last Friday, Mr SA's money has gone in and DD has paid her board. Bank balance looks healthy today - tomorrow may be a different story.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

If Mr SA's scooter is having punctures [fairly] regularly, would it be worth getting hold of a spare wheel + the spanner for undoing wheel-nuts? ..A call to the company before they come out on Monday, maybe?0 -
Yes I'd thought of that Robin. He's not at all careful about what he rides over and I warned him there was some broken glass on the pavement but he just carried on regardless. And he wonders why he's not allowed to drive!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
