I had been harbouring a Lotto ticket in my purse all week from last Saturday, unchecked. Finally got round to checking it this afternoon and have won £25 :T Will put it towards my birthday lunch on Tuesday.
Mr SA has been a right pain in the butt all day. Weather has been rainy on and off but at least we managed to take the dog out 3 times in between showers. He's been hanging around getting in the way and watching my every move. I haven't had a minute to myself. I'm going to have a bath in a bit just to lock the door and get some time on my own before I crack up!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Congrats on the lotto win, I do the lotto with work, had a few small wins, with eight of us in the group its not much but we live in hope.
Know how u feel about OH, mine was off work last week wasn't to bad as we where away for a couple of days, but since we have been back he has been twiddling his thumbs and forever saying "i'm bored", have suggested a few things to do on the house but surprisingly he doesn't seem interested. Love him to bits but will be glad when he is back in work, its like having a little kid to entertain at times.xx:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000 -

After suggesting to Mr SA that we go into town today for a coffee he has now decided he needs yet another pair of slip on canvas shoes from Primark. I hate going in there and he knows they were selling them off a couple of weeks ago when he last bought some, so they won't have any left and I'll spend ages rummaging through everything for him trying to find something that doesn't exist to buy something he's already got.
Have refused to do it.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

We didn't go to Primark
Had a coffee then lunch a bit later. I was shattered - walked to town, 3 miles, walked round town - twice, then 3 miles back home. Mr SA fine and dandy on his scooter. Got home and he wanted to take the dog out - needless to say he did it by himself! He got back home, got off his scooter and promptly fell over! Luckily he wasn't hurt.
It is so nice not to have to go to work tomorrow (or next Monday either) and no "Smonday" feeling at about 4pm. "Smonday" is that time on Sunday (about 4pm) when Sunday starts to turn into Monday by the wayI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Love the term 'Smonday' ha!! xxMummytogirls x0
