Thanks Petrichor:A , yeah I was very lucky, feeling much better now. Thats a good tip about the internet, I'm still overeating but not so much. It's lovely having guilt-free time to sit n read stuff (can read whole losing weight 12 and get inspiration from you all:cool: ), good ole silver lining:D
    Anytime;)

This really follows on from my last post, for some reason the font size altered and I couldn't change it back  ...

... Suggs Thanks for your offer, I know how to load images but I'm not sure how to load other file types  perhaps someone else can enlighten us :D

Hiya - you'd need to do what I do with the weekly chart, which is to copy it into a programme that saves the spreadsheet as an image, then that is uploaded to photobucket. I'm at work at the moment, when I get on my computer at home later, I'll send you both some more information. :D

Ooooh, forgot to say, we got a slow cooker over the weekend from our wedding gift vouchers. Fantastic things, they are. It should make sticking to SW easier as it's so exciting to use the new slow cooker lol. My veggie chili was a delight last night, even if I do say so myself :)

... Folks like you who can lose a huge amount (even more than a whole Petrichor) really get my admiration, not only for the losing the weight itself but also the slightly different issue of being able to stay focused for so long. Hats off to you and all you others with big losses.

    Thanks ajax 10/10 :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hi all, hope you don't mind if a newbie buts in....well here goes, Suggs you seem to be doing great, Petrichor, congratulations on getting so close to your target, 0.6 lbs to go...wow:cool: . Ajaxgeezer, congrats too on the wedding, sounds like you had a fun time.
Couple of questions...Suggs, what are bingo flaps? and Petrichor, how does your £ for lbs jar work?

    Hi jay

Don't worry about butting in because you're not, feel free to dive in whenever you want. Actually I reached my target on Monday, but I've just now only altered my sig, I kept forgetting earlier as I'm a totally disorganised person :o despite a couple of helpful reminders from folk here. I've decided to lose a bit more as I feel that I still need to but I've yet to decide on the amount.

When I realised back in January that I desperately need to lose weight I decided not to rejoin WW because the last time I did, it got so that I didn't stay for the class and was only going there to be weighed, so instead of paying money to someone just to weigh me I put what I would have paid to them (I rounded it up to £5), into a pot at the beginning of each week in readiness for when I met my target, so that it was all for me :D So this week was the beginning of week 25 I have £125 :D:D

Petrichor, how did you lose this time? Did you follow the old WW rules that you knew or something different?

I am so irritatingly, annoyingly, frustratingly hungry this evening, can't seem to shift it, I have done the cucumber slices, the drink loads of water but it is there still, even rang my H and he helpfully says eat then!! but no I will not give in it is just so mind consuming, can't concentrate on anything apart from keep opening and closing the fridge door:rotfl: :rotfl:

petrichor did you not say you were going to move the goal and wanted to loose some more?

    Well done jay fab loss.

suggs however slow it comes off, it is coming off and that is the main thing, another 1 lb down, new swimming shorts smaller ones? Huge progress, keep it going it is all worth it in the end xx
