Just felt i had to comment as well. Suggs is amazing so much lost and his gym regime is a real inspiration.

Alex you are a fellow golfer? What do you play off now and where? 21 is quite good I play off 19 would love to get to 18 as it is a nice easy no. I play every Sunday and love it absolutely love as long as it doesnt rain too much. Congratulation on the wedding.

Hi all, hope you don't mind if a newbie buts in....well here goes, Suggs you seem to be doing great, Petrichor, congratulations on getting so close to your target, 0.6 lbs to go...wow:cool: . Ajaxgeezer, congrats too on the wedding, sounds like you had a fun time.
Couple of questions...Suggs, what are bingo flaps? and Petrichor, how does your £ for lbs jar work?

Hi jay11 no butting in here, it's a free-for-all and the friendliest forum around - I'm pretty new here meself.

The flabby bits I'm nurturing so well at the back of my upper arms are known as bingo wings around these parts, and I'm presuming known as bingo flaps where Suggs comes from.

That be correct :) I also have a beer belly/muffin top and flabby inner thighs, :( which is odd as the rest of thighs are solid muscle, just the inner bit isnt.

This really follows on from my last post, for some reason the font size altered and I couldn't change it back  ...

... Suggs Thanks for your offer, I know how to load images but I'm not sure how to load other file types  perhaps someone else can enlighten us :D ...

...but another that I overlooked was jay11 so a special 5wihzx0.pngon losing 4lbs in two weeks :T I was concerned to read of your mishap, Gosh! you were very lucky not-tagged-smiley-14571.gifit could have been so much worse. If you get tempted to overeat I find the internet a great help, because the time passes so quickly and I don't notice when it's meal times, and also this week it's Wmbledon so I've got extra distractions :D . I hope you soon start to feel better ...

    xxxx
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

....hey Tallgirl, thanks for the congrats. Yep I'm trying to make a golf widow out of Mrs A. When I'm not out playing I'm either watching or if it's not on TV then I'm dreaming of that perfect high hanging 4-iron draw with the soft landing that I'll hopefully play one day (why is it that in your daydreams you always want it to finish a foot from the pin, not drop in?). I only play recreationally (never played a competition until 2 weeks ago) but this year decided I wanted the handicap down from 28 to 21 so played a comp and got cut to 25.2. I'm a real grade-1 saddo.... eat, sleep and drink golf. 19 is great, I can see the draw of 18 though - it feels quite patronising getting 2 shots on some holes eh? :)
