Hello all, and a massive well done to Petrichor!
I was doing well till my mate came up tonight with the dreaded ferreo chocs. After no choc for almost 2 weeks I gave in and ate about 8 of them! Bad, bad!
I am back on straight and narrow tomorrow with my aquafit class and weigh in on Thurs.
Well done everyone who doesn't give into temptation!
By the way looked up my names and I liked two so I've mixed them up -
say hello to Melony Lips! Oh my, not sure if that sounds rude or not - never mind! Good luck and take care all xIf you don't have something nice to say don't bother saying anything at all.0 -
Well, as expected a gain this week -2 lbs-slightly more than expected.

Thanks Victory, the new shorts are alot smallerajaxgeezer wrote: »...how do you get on with following your plan when you are out all day, Suggster? Is it tough?
Ajaxgeezer, I dont follow a plan, as such, only watch very carefully what I eat, tomorrow I will have a lunchbox full of salad and grilled chicken, though from what Iunderstand it is meant to be out for lunch tomorrow with the customer, so I will endeavour to still choose very carefully. Very doubtful I will get to gym tomorrow anyway. Expect to get home around 8pm.Proud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

Hi Ajax - I use my slow cooker a lot too, I love it. I can recommend the vegetable curry recipe, which you can find by clicking the recipes link in the first post. It's completely free food on SW, but I got a shock when I calculated the calories

:hello: Hi everyone. I'd like to report a 1lb loss this week and a 2lb loss last week. That means I've got 20lb left to lose.
Big congratulations to Petrichor for reaching target, well done.
Well done to all the losers and maintainers.
Victory have you tried Bouillon for those gotta eat something moments. Its only 12 calories a cup. It looks a bit insipid when you make it but I think it tastes nice and I find it does take the edge off.
Have a good week everyone.0 -
