just thought I would join you as I am not doing very well on the eating today. Can't comment on the Tennis as I don't really enjoy it or understand it (golf is my sport and there are some cute ones there too).
Had my nornal yoghurt for breakfast, then two chocolate biscuits and for lunch big plate of home grown salad, fresh home grown peas. 1/2 tin of tuna in brine and 1 hard boiled egg - no dressing no bread with it. Feel quite full.
However is staying away tonight so it will be hotel dinner and cooked breakfast. Why is it so hard to be good when staying away. Hope you are all doing better than me.

Better than you Tallgirl??? You've been very good so far (we'll allow you the biccies :) ). It's awful trying to be good when away from home so I generally don;t even try - enjoy it to the max then make up for it later.

Sorry petrichor, I dunno who fernando gonzalez is, but will have a look while I tuck into my dinner. I know of Daniela Hantuchova and Maria Sharapova though if that helps? :) Oh and Tallgirl.. I know of Natalie Gulbis too :)

Just to get back on topic, dinner today is pasta n sauce with a chili, a pepper, an onion and two quorn burgers - a total of 1 syn on a green :)

    Hi Peeps :D

Rain delay, but it is Wimby and it's given me time to catch up...

...TallGirl You have my sympathy, I really don't know how anyone copes with losing weight when they have to work away from home and stay in hotels. Apart from choosing the least damaging item on the menu I'm at a loss, although the other week when we went out there was a swordfish dish done in a fancy sauce thingy so I asked if I could have one plain grilled and with a salad and they were quite happy to oblige, although they still charged the full price, but I was happy with it and it didn't spoil my diet.

    xxxx
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Victory have you tried Bouillon for those gotta eat something moments. Its only 12 calories a cup. It looks a bit insipid when you make it but I think it tastes nice and I find it does take the edge off.
    Have a good week everyone.

No I haven't but will do as going to Asda tonight to do a shop so will pick some up, for 12 calories a cup it is worth it!

Went to see the nutritionalist, says to up the carbs now I am maintaining (well next week when I have lost the last 1lb) to keep hunger and weight gain at bay, I could have told her that! She says I should be on 1,800 or maybe even 2,000 calories a day! I am on 1,200 now, the less calories compensate for the sometimes inability to do exercise, so I heavily rely on less food intake rather than combining the two...

I don't know who Fernando is either, never watched tennis, that and snooker yawn:rotfl: or darts:rotfl:

    Hi everyone,

    Weight lost last week 1/2lb
    Weight this week +1lb total
weight lost in the month of June 0lbs.
I'm right back where I started!

Ah well, at least I'm not gaining! Off to the gym tonight and day 1 again tomorrow. I have a bit of stress going on in the next few days. I have an interview on Friday morning for a higher graded post in a department I worked in 4 years ago, so I might not seem to be around but I will be lurking.

Well done everyone who lost weight this week. Comiserations to those (like me!) who gained.

    Hi, just a quick post.
    I lost -2lbs last week
Stayed the same this week (I weighed other day and it showed a 1lb loss but not today so don't count! Plus teach me for jumping on/off the scales all the time.)
Best of luck everyone and yes please sign me up for the July challenge. I am so off track overall...
