May I make a suggestion in order to help the lovely Lois update the chart next week?

To save Lois trawling through two weeks worth of posts....

Can we, when we post our weight loss next week, include in the post the loss for both weeks?

For example - This Week I lost n lb and last week I lost n lb

    Thanks

    Pierre x

Lat week was 2 lb and this week was 1/2 pound....:D

honey kids as well as adults can be mean, best foot forward, chin up, keep smiling and ignore!!! I clean when I get knarked off, not eat, just go clean mad, the house is obviously very clean!!!!

    Hi Guys
been very busy and what with the storms my pc has been down. My loss this week is 0.5lb. Still a loss and now 4 for this month so I'm a happy bunny.
    Hope all are ok.
Will be back with you chatting after next week.
    Thanks

    Hi Peeps :D

Welcome kayteehee to our little gang of fatbusters :rotfl: Keep that thought of you in a bikini in the front of your mind to keep you motivated and you'll soon get back in the habit of weight control. The amount you want to lose is quite achievable by December with a little bit of willpower ;) ...

...Some good results this week :T but it's not the end of the world for anyone that hasn't - but bear in mind that I've found a smiley of a smacked bottom with a bigger stick :o so if you don't have a better week I shall have to bore everyone with it next week and it will all be your fault :p ...

...I'll exempt you from that dire threat Honey because how you're managing with all that upheaval is beyond me; I hate kids like that, it's a very poor reflection on your friend, don't let it get you down...

...Excellent idea concerning the help for Lois, Suggs (or should I say Pierre? I thought it was a joke then I realised that quite a few here sign off with their real name i.e. Marion, Carol etc)...

...Confidence and such is back on the climb, this thread helps in more ways than one :T you lovely lot...

...Erlqueen Ha! Common sense when it's pointed out to you :o :rotfl: something which I sadly lack. I shall copy this first, Thanks...

    hello
Again, very sorry for my absence from the thread, have been back and forth from student home/real home constantly and moving out is a pain - i have so much stuff!!!!
Being very slack on the WL front and am pretty sure i've gained but i'm doing so much exercise lifting boxes it cant be that bad!!!
lois if it's ok i'd like to be 'on hold' for now as i'm not going to be able to get online to post weigh in for a while (about 2 more weeks, til i'm settled back home - i might finally get around to starting SW then too!!)
i'm really sorry i've been away so much, and i'm really annoyed with myself for not sticking to the healthy eating plan properly without your support.
anyways, off to pack a few more boxes, see you all in a few weeks.
hope everyone's well!!!!!!! and well done all the losers!!
    K xxxx
PS-thank you all so much for your congratulations....was really kind of you all... i went round pressing the thanks button loads but sorry to any i missed.

i really miss you guys and just reading a few posts has made me 100% more determined than i was this week without the thread. i'm gonna do my best to come on here whenever i can if only for the 'thin'spiration.

    Hellooooo all,
well done to the losers and maintainers and keep your chin up anyone who needs a boost!

I feel better already now I am in control and all it's taken is the simple idea that only I am responsible for what I put in my mouth!

It seems a good idea for me anyhow as I am one of those people who can only manage if I go cold turkey - if I have some choc I want more! So I am managing and have lost 3lb this week - and have done 2 exercise classes!

Keep up the good work everyone! Catch ya later, BBx

I almost wet myself laughing at your signature Petrichor!

Off to a good start today, had an entire punnet of raspberries and a big bowl of porridge for brekkie. Hen night tomorrow so about to go on website for restaurant and check the menu so I can go prepared for what to order :A DD still off school, on the mend now though. Its much easier to eat healthily when the sun shines isnt it, I find on dark dull days (like today) I just want comfort food, yet yesterday the sun shone and I ate fruit and salad all day  I'm also making a huge effort to drink loads of water - is it ok to drink low sugar cordial instead, sometimes I get bored with water?

    Have good day peeps,

Norma Stitts xx :rotfl:(DH wishes :rotfl:)
