Can you put me down as a maintain this week, better then a gain!
Thanks Dellybelly for all your advise I have check the web site and it gives me a 1700 a day cal allowance and a goal date of 26th Sept. Will keep at it, may even vist the doctors to see if medication can be changed. I will join you on the weighloss wagon and get there in the end. Will try the veg soup never really got into making my own soup but will have a go. I love veg and fruit just have to reprogram my brain and think thin.0 -
Did a big post earlier very upbeat, positive and for once helpful (perhaps) but it vanished
what a waste of  time, I'm not the quickest of people doing these things as spelling and grammar go out the window, but at least no one had to be bored reading it. I thought it was a site problem but then I see that others managed okay so again it's me.
Thanks delly for your post :T I'd referred to it because it was so relevant but a vanishing post tipped the balance. Keep them comingI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Hi everyone
Well done to everyone who managed to lose weight this week and to those who maintained, great, it's a lot better than gaining weight.
I am not sure what to do but I only know how to work in kilograms and grams, so have lost 600g this week, not sure what that is in pounds, and I've now lost a total of 2.6kgs! and am so happy, not sure what to do, because I don't know how to convert it so that everyone can understand it.
Anyway, good luck to everyone for the following week.
Cheers

Hi all
I mentioned something about finding internet access in West (or should that read WET) Wales, with my tongue firmly placed in my cheek, but I wasn't expecting it to be quite so difficult!!
I'm logged on in a public library, but as I'm not on my own computer I don't have access to the chart, so the 2 pound weight loss club is on hold this week.
I haven't read any posts, but well done to everyone that's lost weight this week. I'll collect all the results and add them to next week's results, so we should have a fantastic total loss next week
Having a very relaxing time despite the weather - catch you all at the weekend.

Been to the rheumatologist, I begged him not to do the needle thing again in the side of the bone to see what he could drain off but he did it anyway, took my son and bless him he was alarmed at how much his mum can scream:rotfl: :rotfl: got to go back for x-rays, blood tests and then look at an op, oh well at least it is getting itself sorted, the pain is my friend, the cupboards do not get raided:D

Hi everyone, Well done to all those who have lost or maintained!!
I want to report a 1 lb weight loss this week, which after two parties in the last week I am quite pleased with. We have another party this weekend, after doing nothing since March, so will try to keep to the healthy eating plan. I want to try to lose some more weight before my teeny, tiny, sister in law visits at the end of July. Now I have something to motivate me it might help. I also have to go to a hydrotherapy session in two weeks which I am not looking forward to because of my size but can't do a lot in two weeks.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527
