    Morning All

First weigh in this morning... loss a grand 1 lb... I must admit I'm lucky to have lost that.. I do sooo well during the day get home from picking the children up bout 4ish and think mm what can I eat and once I start it's down hill from there!!! On a positive note I joined the gym after non exercise for about 7 years!! Aim to go twice a week for the first month and have managed that for the first 2 weeks.. Am off tonight for Streetdance mmm should be fun with my lack of co ordination!!:j

well done Erlqueen and everyone else that is a looser:j :j :j

    What's up suggs?:D

Calories should be reduced when the weight comes off, there is on this thread an excellent calorie counter that tells you how much you should be eating and how to reduce it when the weight disappears... Petrichor put it up a few posts back but I am rubbish and linking
    ....

FC...waitrose and tesco's have low GI FOODS as well as all the fat doctor and Gillian stuff, quite costly I think but if it works, worth the extra....

Beanie if it is PMT we all suffer that (not you suggs!) and it really is eating for England but the trick is to do so if you absolutely must but make sure everything is low calorie, low sugar, low fat, good for you basically, when I get like that I add extra fruit or veg to the meals and get through it that way...giving in to the choc and the desperate need to eat will show up on the scales at a later date and we don't want that do we?!! xx
