I hope they were VERY thorough (is a bit green with envy;)

    TY for the lists;

Only (about) 4-and-a-bit weeks until Easter.

Washed and TD towels; washed up. Looked at state of house. Sighed deeply. Gave up, basically...

  • Is Easter really that close? Only just recovering from Half Term.

Rowan - your only jealous coz I got there first - na na na-na na

Mrs Slocombe - that's a blast from the past - and I can't believe the "p" word was moderated lol.

Calming/healing vibes to all in need.

Got up at 8.30 this morning and only got sat down at 8.30 tonight and simply haven't stopped in between. After collecting DD from School, me, DD and DS raked and tidied a raised area out front and bless them, they dug over 200 holes and planted bulbs for me in readiness for the promised rain on Wednesday.

Came indoors just after 5 and rattled off a stirfry before taking DS to footie at 5.45. Came straight back and sent DD for a shower and fine tooth combed her to check for nits (thankfully clear) and then out again to collect DS at 7. Perils of living in the sticks - it's at least 10 miles there and back before we ever reach our destination. Anyhow, their beds are now remade and stuffed with hot water bottles and despite saying I'm not drinking, I am have a glass of red vino collapso in the largest glass I can find. I've darn well earned it today, I can tell you.

P-L-E-A-S-E let tomorrow be Bathroom and then I can duck out. Working 10-1 at one job and then 5-10 at another so tomorrow's flying will be light duties and putting the rest of today's washing away.

Night all - my bed beckons.

  • Evening, reporting late for light duties :o

Suffering a depleted spoon drawer as I am nursing a nasty burn (wrist to elbow) on my right arm and a burn above my right eye, got several visits scheduled to Minor Injuries to get it re-dressed over the next week or so

On the upside, before all the blisters burst/got snagged on my arm yesterday, I managed to get the Dining Room painted in white ready for the proper colour to go on.

4 loads in WM and 3 went on the line  and just one for the TD.

Will check lists properly tomorrow to see what I can cross off:)

    Night night one and all
The cold never bothered me anyway

Get a bag or box, go around collecting things that are not in the place they should be, then put them back where they should be. You could delegate and give everyone their own misplaced things to deal with :D
Check where important documents like passports, birth certificates, driving licences, medical cards are and make a note of where they are and if any need replacing, changing etc :D
Sort through any magazines or paperwork lying around. Any that you don't want/need maybe you could give to the Dr's or Dentists near you.
Declutter those pesky spider webs, they are making an appearance now the weather is turning warmer!

    Good morning everyone.

Quite a frost here this morning. Got up put the heating on and come back to bed till it warms up a bit. Out earlier on a Tuesday. Will finish early though. Thinking of reducing my hours as I'm a volunteer. I love the job but my body is telling me to slow down and I don't want to get run down and poorly again. Still think I'm 21 lol.

Flying wise will see what I can get done but I'm out tonight.

Valli Thank you for the virtual foot rub.
Skintbreeder Healing vibes for our burns.

    Hugs,sticks and spoons where needed.
