I have done very little all day :(

Just had to pick up DD from netball early as she had fallen, bumped hear head (nice lump!!!!) and grazed her knee!!!

I also need to practice my Welsh more as the Headmaster insists on speaking to me in Welsh!!! I'm ok with the children but lack confidence with adults:(

Will think about food now..........DD has given up meat for Lent and she had pasta for lunch....jacket spud, I think...........

I didn't go to work today as boss said to leave it 48 hrs, so I managed

Tuesday - Living Room, stairs, landing and hallway
    Basic Flying

Vacuum floor, remember to pick up anything that doesn't belong here.
    Dust, even if around everything.
    15 minutes hotspot
    Deep Cleaning
Wipe all electricals, light switches, light bulbs and anything else that is shiney :D
Wipe sticky marks from walls and paintwork
    Decluttering
Get a bag or box, go around collecting things that are not in the place they should be, then put them back where they should be.
Phone a friend or loved one, catch up on the gossip or just to tell them you care xx
Check where important documents like passports, birth certificates, driving licences, medical cards are and make a note of where they are and if any need replacing, changing etc :D (Will be changing passports tonight)
Declutter those pesky spider webs, they are making an appearance now the weather is turning warmer!

I also did the skirting boards, doors, banisters and the radiator in the living room.

    I am pooped!

Skinty echoing the 'ouch' and heal soon. Burst blisters are so painful; I once did the foolish sequence of events on a motorbike holiday in France: rode few yards to the beach in shorts (yes I know I know); burnt back of leg on exhaust resulting in large blister. Went to French pharmacy and jabbered hopelessly waving leg around. Next day went canoeing and fell out (blame OH poor steering owing to topless French mermaid sitting on rock), lacerating blister on rock. Ow again. Pharmacy again.

Kaz hope they deal with van man and you get your car repaired ok. At least you're not hurt.

Well after my 'plan' for today - sorry study, but in such lovely weather it had to be something outside. OH took day off and did horse stuff then mowed lawns while I was at the gym. Then we totally decluttered the greenhouse I'd started tidying at the weekend. He even washed all the glass for me, so much light is now pouring in! All plants over-wintering in greenhouse have now been pruned, weeded, watered etc. Floor swept, empty pots organised, new compost put into the bin I store it in. All ready for sowing new seeds on my next day off.

Have sold my first item on eb&y, so now rushing round to check what I should do next! Buyer isn't too far away; if the forecast wasn't rain for tomorrow, OH suggested taking motor bike out for a spin to deliver, but I think on balance I'll post it.

Flower club tonight, so nice relaxing time watching a demonstrator do what I can't!
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.

nicely tired after a long day at westfield. I have got my mum's MDP for Sunday and got DH some bits for his birthday on Friday.

Flying has consisted of DW and WM with a quick hoover of high traffic areas. I did the stairs and landing yesterday so feel I have accomplised something off todays list.

I'm out tonight at my regular babysitting job so need to get the kids bathed when they have finished dinner.

Kazm what a rotten thing to happen. Van man sounds like a right dodgy geezer. I hope everything goes your way as you are so in the right!

Mumof2 - It must be difficult living with someone with hoarding tendancies, can DH keep his items in the shed or garage to keep you home clear? I hope you and your DH sort out your differences, me and DH are not in a good place atm so I should take my own advice!
  • Really pleased with what i have done today, just updating my list

Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Basic Flying
    Deep Cleaning
Wipe and shine kitchen sink, don't forget the taps and the gunky area at the bottom of the taps - I want you to see your faces in those shiney taps
Clean kitchen window making it sparkle, don't forget to clear the windowsill of unwanted gumph!!

    Deep Cleaning
Tidy up coats, shoes, umbrellas and bags - rehome if not needed downstairs.
Get a bag or box, go around collecting things that are not in the place they should be, then put them back where they should be. You could delegate and give everyone their own misplaced things to deal

    Evening all

Guess who has done too much gardening?

Really tired and I'm out tonight with a friend. Still easy 2 hours work tomorrow morning then need to pop into town to get a few bits for DS1 birthday and then walking with my friend and cricket nets with DS3 in the evening - oh dear that sounds like another no fly day!

Time for a cuppa and tidy up in the kitchen
Mum2 and Mum5 - DH and I not on good terms either right now, must be spring!
