Casper sounds like you have had a fab time this week lol Shame about the 1st book!

Its Thurs today :p just to cheer you up that you are that 1 day closer to the end of this weeks budget :)

Hope nothing else pops up for you!

Thank you! It was fun lol and JB was on top form as usual with the jokes and exhausting his sister, Carole who asked me "Is this book tour nearly over?! Baby brothers can be so annoying!" (as she was poking him in the ribs and laughing!)

I've decided to stay at home tomorrow and Saturday and sleep all day so I don't spend any more money lol!

Hope you have a good week :D

    Cheers
    Casper

    Morning.

Beth - hope your boy is ok.

    32b3 - I take it you're not recommending chorus line then. :D

Baileys babe - hope your dd recovers quickly from the chicken pox.

Abundant - hope your damage limitation is going well.

Hope everyone else is well and keeping a close eye on the pennies.

emmm, nope!! It was far too long with no real story and no interval which meant that people were fidgeting!!

    Hiya

Today I forgot to take my crisps to work so I had to go in M&S!

I bought crisps, 2 chocolate bunnies and a tin of chunky beef to have in a jacket potato this evening. A total of £4.66

Total for the week is £39.54/£50.00.

Still in budget, and I will not be forgetting to take anything to work tomorrow :D

I got £31 in vouchers today from East Coast for delayed train a few weeks ago...I suppose travelling has to have some benefits :D

Since my last post I've spent (and not able to claim back):

Tuesday - £2.50 for travel to work
Wednesday - £4.70 for travel to work

Anticipated bigger spends so quite pleased with that...

    To date this week:

    £26.20 / £65

Still need to get Mother's Day card and I've got a big day out on Saturday.....I'm off to the races - maybe I'll win a fortune! :rotfl:

I've had some minor e*bay successes but that's going straight into savings so not counting it here.

    Hi all

I've had a hugely busy week but hopefully it will have paid off.

I haven't actually made any more money, but then I haven't spent any either.

    So...

    Sun: £14.30
    Mon: NSD
    Tues: NSD
    Weds: NSD
    Thurs: NSD

And tomorrow will also be a NSD. Saturday will be a spend day but I budgeted for that so it doesn't affect my last remaining 70p
  • Hi everyone.

Just a quick update of a spend day today. Will update figures tomorrow.

    Hope everyone's well.

    Hey Everyone!

    Thank goodness it's Friday!

After my weekend MEGA shop (£126.00!!!), managed a relatively spend free week... Forgot lunch today so had to visit the canteen and spent £4...

I managed to make £30 extra this week so in total, my end of week total stands at:

    £100 / £60 - RED week!!!

    Next week's pledge: £50.00

I have a planned meal with friends and a few days away - though going to be packing food to take with me to minimize spending!

    Have a fantastic weekend everyone!!!

Lost track of my spending this week as i ended up over budget. Spending hubbys money and spending from my savings :/

I reckon i will put it down at £90/£60 :/

Onwards and upwards for next week though! Really need to pull this spending in control before i end my DMP as if i carry on like this I won't see the benefit of having £210 extra a month as it will just be wasted on rubbish! Need to sort this budget properly so i can see this DMP money.

Will budget £60 again for next week and hopefully i stay within it.
