  • Oooo and I forgot to add, that after complaining to N3w L00k a couple of weeks ago, as I was being messed about trying to get a £14.99 refund, I eventually got the refund, and today I received a £15 gift card as an apology. So I'm happy with that.

Well done ETO on the gift card.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday have all been NSD. Not expecting any spends for the rest of the week as it looks as if dd has chicken pox so we are in quarantine can.

Beth3735 I hope your ds is recovering after his visit to A&E.

    Morning.

Beth - hope your boy is ok.

    32b3 - I take it you're not recommending chorus line then. :D

Baileys babe - hope your dd recovers quickly from the chicken pox.

Abundant - hope your damage limitation is going well.

Hope everyone else is well and keeping a close eye on the pennies.

    Hi everyone!

Hope you're all having a good day. So far this week's going very badly

    Sun: NSD

Mon: Prescription charges! £7.65 (When did it go up from £7.50?)
Totally unexpected but had to be done!
Then got home and discovered I had to pay £11.15
customs charge for a parcel my friend sent me from the
US! WTH? (Charges, not parcel lol!)

    Tue: Travelled to Bristol.

    Wed: Bad spending day! oops!

£10.00 Starbucks card top up. (Stops me from
overspending because once it's used up it has to wait till
    next payday, so budgeted for)

£10.48 Waterstones to buy a book for JB & Carole to sign!
Discovered my book's cover was damaged in my bag and
didn't want to hand over a wrecked book lol, so bought
another one but it was get a second one half price so got 2
new ones for him and Carole to sign. (Hollow Earth and Bone
    Quill)

Will give the Bone Quill signed copy to my niece for her
birthday. She already has a signed copy of Hollow Earth that
I gave her for her birthday last year, both her and her mum
thoroughly enjoyed reading it :D So I'm only using £6.99 as
an unplanned spend as the other book will come out of my
birthdays fund. JB & Carol signed both books for me :T

£4.00 in Build-A-Bear (New shirt for my bear) Oops!
Well the shop was opposite Starbucks and I don't have
one near me where I live.

Thu: Job interview today (just a formality) but need to spend
£0.50 on my oystercard to travel there! ;o) Already have
some credit on it so won't need much.

£ 5.00 ID photos for my new IDs for my new job!

So that's a spend of £35.29 so far this week! Horrific!

Let's hope there's not any more this week!

    Cheers
Have a great day! Just read that, what an epic (long) post ~ sorry! :p
