I managed to spend my £1 in Tesco lol If i have money I will spend it
Sun - £1 spent on husbands lunch money (£13 spent in total, but taking off the £12 made to make it easy for the rest of the week!)
Mon - £1
Up to date total
£2/£60
I get paid tomorrow so hoping i don't spend just for the fun of it!0 -
Quick update on today's spending....groceries not included as coming out of the grocery budget
Spent £5 today on one of those thermal mug things for my coffee....I reckon it's a good investment as it'll stop me buying random coffees at train stations while I'm travelling.....3 trips to train stations and it'll have paid for itself

Hi all
NSD for me today - needs to stay that way for the rest of the week :rotfl:
Still at £14.30/£15 and thinking up quick ways to earn some pennies.0 -
Oh dear, I was doing so well.
I went to SW tonight, paid the weekly fee and only bought one raffle ticket to cover the 49p I overspent yesterday but then I bought a new taste of Asia cookbook which was £4.95.
my total for the week is £20.88/£50.00.
I still think I can stay in budget this week. Going to Nandos pre theatre on Wednesday and that is cheaper than Pizza (which is where we normally go) so hopefully I won't spend my full budget there.

Morning
I had to do a biggish shop today, had to get random bits like toilet rolls, bath mat, couple of bits of food shopping! Oh the joys of parenthood and owning a home lol I also put £60 in petrol todayGutted lol but that was budgeted elsewhere!
Sun - £1
Mon - £1
Tues £17.23
£19.23/£60
Hope to spend hardly anything tomorrow, I have promised the kids a treat to McDonalds on Thursday, as that will be cheaper than me having to buy World Book day costumes! Daft really, but if they gave me a little more notice i would have £30 to waste on dressing up! But with the school trip money due and Red nose day sponsorship needed ( plus all the easter raffles, discos, etc ) I am literally skint in my school money pot lol.0 -

very quiet this thread this week
Hope everyone is well!
I have overblown my budget this weekYesterday treated the kids to chippy tea as husband was working late and was hoping for a NSD today, but got a phone call at 12:30 from school to take my boy to A&E. Sat there for hours and hours, and ended up so late when we came out that we ended up eating pub grub for tea so the 3 kids had food!
So i am now £73/£60 already
Knew once i got paid i will end up spending too much! Today couldn't be helped though as A&E waiting time dragged on so much it was too late to cook at home.0 -
Evening all
Well I couldn't get on yesterday as was down visiting hubby. He got back from afghan on Monday, so it was hard waiting until yesterday to see him. And he only went back 4 weeks ago.but knowing he was in the country but I couldn't see him was horrid. I normally pick him up when he returns from afghan but because he came back injured he was given a driver. He's a bit fed up to be back and because he has no diagnosis, as they don't really know what he's done to himself. But he should be coming home from camp tomorrow.
Anyway needed petrol (and bottle of water) to get down to his camp so £32.05 spent, but I moved money from savings to cover it, so will be declaring as red, but will keep totals spent separate. Oh yes and £5 for the tip for our meal late night.
NSD today though.
So far
Sunday - £10 lunch, £25 petrol, £29.75 groceries
Monday - NSD :j
Tuesday - £5 tip. (£32.05 extra spends)
Wednesday - NSD :j
£69.75 / £95
Hope everyone is well.SPC 18 Target £200 /0
