£5.81 instead of £20.10 :T (excluding the ham because I don't know its original price).

yesterday at Mr T's I bagged a few bargains thick strawberry yoghurt £0.04, pack of white pita bread £0.03, polish sausage pate £0.33, fruit loaf £0.19, cheese and bacon wrap £1.60 :T

I found really nice chocolate reduced in T´s the other day. Lindt dark chocolate blueberry, Divine Raspberry, Divine Ginger and Lindt Creme Brulee. All for 35p to 38p each, got 11 chocolate bars! :rotfl::):j One is already gone

This week at Mr T I got some fresh lemon sole reduced from £16 odd to 65p! I was stood looking at the reduced stuff and a young guy - 20's maybe -picked it up and said "dont want that as I dont know how to cook it" - even when I told him how to he still put it back! Oh one man's loss is another one's gain!:T

I bought a couple of bunches of YS flowers - lilies and chrysanthemums for just 10p each. The chrysanthemums were a bit bedraggled, otherwise they were ok. The real star buy was a YS 400g bakery sunflower seed and honey loaf for all of 35p....utterly delicious with butter!

Eta: this was a Morrisons, earlier this week.

What condition were these in? I stay away from reduced berries and bags of sald because they tend to be well past their best.

Yesterday I was on the prowl for chocolate at Co-Op. Found a 4-pack of mango & passion fruit yoghurt reduced to 55p, and a large pot of reduced fat coleslaw for 35p.

The yoghurt is lovely over diced gala apples. I don't even eat coleslaw, I gave it away.

I find the Waitrose salad lasts a LONG time after it says.
We'll still be eating it tomorrow
The raspberries were pretty mushy but made a nice middle of Victoria sponge today

I had a good evening at Waitrose too: 3 X chicken korma for 39p each, grapes 19p, runner beans 14p, potatoes 19p, satsumas 34p, plums 28p. The fruit and veg all look fine for the next few days, the korma is in the freezer.
