Been to Morrisons this afternoon, lots of bargains to be had. The lad was marking all the fridge stuff down as I got there, I got fresh chicken fillets wrapped in bacon, 75p down from £4, pork, duck, which had been £7.25 down to 99p. Lots of other stuff, ended up with £46.77 worth of stuff for £6.77, not often I get to hit it at the right time, but I did today. :D

    Bottle of Coke Zero 19p
    2kg Mornflake Superfood Oats £1.25
Homepride sweet and sour chicken sauce jars 79p

Lots of other Homeprides jars on clearance in my Tesco, must not be popular. But I can't eat them because they've got gluten in. Couldn't find any 1p choccies though- left it too late, I think!

Fab haul in WR today, got the time better- obviously need to be going around 4.30pm, not 7.30pm. I also had my first experience of getting paid to take food items away today! Spent £4.57 and got 2x gluten-free loaves, 1x gluten free rolls, 1x bag of parsnips, 1x bag of stir fry veg, 3x bags organic bagels, 8 pints milk, 1x fine green beans, 1x English muffins. BARGAINS! Average of 38p ea.

Happy with bargains in WR this evening, pizza express pizzas reduced from £4.50 to £1.49, Veg samosas from 1.99 to 89p- tempted to go back up in an hour or so as lots of stuff hadn't had its 2nd reduction......

Don't know if negatives are allowed on here but I walked through Tesco today. They had mushrooms reduced (past their best) to the price that you can get them for in Aldi any day of the week!
