    Hi
I have received a ticket from smart parking. Its says the ticket was issued by Smart Parking Ltd Also Trading as Town and City Parking (note no use of ligatures).

I received this ticket whilst shopping in Co-Op in Birmingham off the main Erdington High Street. I did not know I had to buy a ticket. I went in did my shopping from Co-Op (I have a receipt to prove this)

So long story short do I pay this.... I have been on the BPA site and had a look at the list and it does say that Smart Parking Limited also trading as Town & City Parking.

    Do I pay?

    Advice...

    For the second time?

  • Received a Parking Charge Notice from above - have today sent an appeal, funny thing was when I checked the PCN details, the Contravention Time was stated as the time the vehicle supposedly entered the carpark - as an "over free time" contavention, surely this should have been the time the vehicle left the carpark?
    Will post the outcome ..................
