I vote for hotpot, plenty of onions and spuds.

Try doing kebabs using what veg you OH will eat or add some salad and put it in a pitta bread.
  • Thanks all, I think the pie is most likely that my husband will eat.

Do I need to get a mincer for the meat, or can I make a pie with the chunks.

I am useless at coming up with recipes, so please do suggest how I should do the pie filling.

    Thanks again

How about a Shepherds Pie? We make them with carrot & parsnip mash instead of potatoes (low carbs!) and add chopped carrot, onion, courgette & the left-over gravy before topping.
