What to do with leftover lamb?

    sounds really nice have all the stuff but dont have a slow cooker. I do mean to get one (when i have saved pin money) I'll try it in the oven though as the lamb will be already cooked. I must admit i'm not very good at casserole type dishes meats always tough and veg always hard!!
    Other women want a boob job. Honey the only silicone i'm interested in is on a 12 cup muffin tray, preferably shaped like little hearts :heart:

    somewhere there is an Ainsley harriet (meals in minutes) recipe that I have made

    It is filo pasrty with shredded lamb, some mint jelly and something else (?veg) inside and cooked in oven very yummy!

    Have also whizzed up left over lamb with tomatoes etc to make a really yummy pasta sauce.

    haven't tried this, but when they made these burgers the looked delicious -could almost smell them!!
