I can also confirm that 5% has been paid on all four of my Flex Direct accounts.
Not looking forward to transferring £1000 in and out of each account every month. I may have to split the transfers between two bank accounts to avoid any security problems.0 -
Got mine as well. All 5 are now topped up to £2.5k and my OH's 4 are maxed out on ODs to £10k+ to my Santander 3.2% stoozepot as he's a 40% taxpayer.0

Don't know who you know at the "Top", but as you will see from quite a few posters already, the 5% has been paid out on all of their Flex Direct accounts.0 -

Corrected your post for you :rotfl:0 -
Not quite as brave as some of you to open four accounts and just went for the one initially. Is it still possible to open the other 3 and get the 5% or have the Ts and Cs been altered?0

I just caught up with this, so thanks to the OP. I'm a bit miffed, as I have dutifully been paying about £780 pm into a flexaccount which i opened just to get one of their cheap mortgages. Even more miffed that I just put a spare £3k into another savings account paying well less than 5%! (That'll teach me to refuse their promotional offers- which is why I didn't get advised of this by Nationwide, as the charming assistant just said when confirming this morning by phone that the offer's still open- so not all junk emails are bad! And sorry- I didn't remember to ask about multiple accounts)
Anyway, the only down side seems to be that when I transfer from my existing Flexaccount to Flexdirect, I lose the free travel insurance- which I've never used anyway. So, let's try to rustle up a spare £2.5k as soon as we return from hols next month. Thanks again, OP0 -

The T&Cs have been correct all along, this is just a Nationwide error. You may or may not get 5% interest next month. You are only guaranteed it on one account. You can have both you know, but if you don't care about the FlexAccount extras, you can just upgrade.0 -
We have opened one account each and a joint one so I'm hopeful of 5% on all three as they are not exactly the same.0
