No sorry, I mean to say that the interst is on 20k.

I do wish to get another mortgage in early 14 and already have more than a few accounts. 5 X Currrent accounts in my name at the moment so am a little hesitant for another one to show up.

Although that being said I did get to having a mortgage offer from HSBC on the 5 so maye one more wont hurt.

It is hard work chasing rates!

I wouldn't worry about it at all (so long as there are no overdraft facilities on them). I have 19 current accounts and, although I don't need a mortgage, I've rarely been turned down for credit cards...and when I have I know exactly why (my stoozing debt)!

But if you do have problems with the mortgage, you simply show them the account T&Cs and the statement balances!

Thanks Yorkshire boy. 19!! I thought I was bad.

I also do the Lloyds vantage stooze (transferring in/out) so my statements look bad. Although I can always stop that when I know I am likely to put an offer in.
