  • Great job everyone,

We are now at 54%! Still quite a way to go but it's going in the right direction.
  • There haven't been any 'official' updates on this thread since I subscribed to it. I don't want to tread on anyone's toes but I wondered if people might like me to make a new thread and take over the running of it? I don't mind - but don't want to offend the OP. :o

That is a very generous offer ccl but I know how busy you already are and I am concerned about you over committing, please look after yourself and think very hard before taking this on.

Hi, I would apply the 1% to the principal, so in your example of £30 min payment with £25 interest and you pay £35 then the £10 goes to your 1%.

Are you able to balance transfer to any 0% cards?

Thanks so much for thinking of me BB :o I suppose I am a busy bunny most of the time. I had just seen that there are lots of people adding posts and they aren't being added to the list etc. so I thought I would offer to help. You probably are right though - may be more than I can manage at the moment.:)

  • Hello there!
This is DeafLeopard on a new account.

I'd like to start this challenge again for myself from scratch as I have a new goal and
i'm in a better financial position to take part.

I'd like to save £2,000 in my Emergency Funds & in my rainy day fund.
    My 1% would be £20.00

I've started the process by listing things I don't want on Ebay today.
    Thank you.
