Hello everyone! After lots of lurking and pretending to be dealing with my debts I've decided now is the time to take the bull by the horns, so to speak. I love the idea of doing this 1% at a time, it doesn't look quite so daunting or scary. Also off to join lots of challenges.0

Hello, I haven't posted in a while but now we are at 65%.0

Can I join?
I already have a detailed plan to pay off every penny of my debt in the next 12 months, but I might as well measure in 1% increments to keep myself motivated.
Total debt: £3,834.35
1%: £38.34 (£39)
10%: £383.44 (£384)
I've got extra income this month due to timings of benefit payments so actually *plan* to have cleared 16% (after interest has eaten in) by the end of December.
Obviously that doesn't happen very often, and outside of next September (when the stars once again align), I'll only be clearing around half of that each month.
I shall report back next Friday after I get money with how much I cleared from the CCs :TAqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100

3% paid off my next target so far....this is a much slower one than my previous targets and is testing my patience :rotfl::j PAID VERY, Barclaycard x3, Vanquis, Natwest, O/D, Tesco & MBNA x2 PAID :j LBM 24/07/15 - Original Debt: £0/31010.23 (100% paid)

I shall report back next Friday after I get money with how much I cleared from the CCs :T
Okay I made payments totalling £130 today (£25 to vanquis, £25 to capitalone, £80 to aqua), but after interest ate into it my debt has only decreased by £49.28
But that's still over my 1% target (1.26%, to be precise)
Only 98.74% to go! :rotfl:
Total debt now: £3,785.07
To 2%: £29
To 10%: £335Aqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100
