Sky buyout of O2 Broadband

My BB as been credited to free, no £200 or router have escalated it with 02 who are getting back to me.

I am just at the end of my contract with Plusnet.

Looking for a cheaper deal, I contacted O2 via USwitch.

Offered phone @ £13.90 per month and unlimited broadband half price @ £6.25 - should equal £20.15. I have an O2 mobile on contract so qualify for the extra discount.

On the phone the adviser stated my monthly DD would be £19.25 with additional £3 on first month for router delivery charge.

They have now set up my account and looking at it on my O2 under My Package this is what I see:

Then, over to the right hand side I have this:

This looks to me like I will be charged £19.25 PLUS £2.50 =
£21.75

Phoned O2 and the man I spoke to could not clarify.

On O2's own website, it says:
Our Broadband and Home Phone packages include Home broadband, home phone line rental and the Evening and Weekend calls package (unlimited calls between 6pm and 6am during the week and all weekend).

It also says:

Would someone who is currently with O2 please confirm whether the inclusive call package is shown separately on their My O2, or do the get charged the two figures added together?

Router arrived today also got a text

I just rang the free no off my 02 mobile- went to option too leave and the operator offered me 12 months free bb and £200 mobile credit...think i may use this to upgrade to new samsung galaxy when it shows up on account (in 14 to 28 days)- chuffed as i want to stay with O2 as i get alsorts of free rugby related bits and bobs and deals On games at twickenham....
confirmation email arrived as i hung up with operator:

Yes from the confirmation email ...£200 less VAT was credited exactly 30 days later
