Paid in from external account, not between Nationwide accounts.

I'd be dropping NW a message then.

Should be paid last day of month if you have paid in £1000 externally.

Opened FlexDirect middle Sept, paid in 1K on opening and 1K today. Checked and can see no interest payment yet. Is the interest applied immediately om opening or wait for whole calendar month?

Have you had any luck chasing your interest? I had another one opened on the 23rd September 2103 transferred in £1,000, and left it in there, and I got paid interest.

I opened 2 online 18th & 23rd September 2013, both opened OK and interest credited to both on 30th September.

I have "opened" 2 more online and whilst they have "been offered" they are sending "details in the post".

Personally, 3 (a 4th was refused as I already had a FlexAccount, for the free travel insurance).

Highest I've seen on here is 5.

3, plus a FlexAccount. Don't wanna push my luck. ;)

I suppose I don't really need the FlexAccount once I ditch the Flexclusive ISA. Free travel insurance is nice but £125 interest per year is nicer, if I have the money to fill it of course.
  • I've got 6 one is the joint flexaccount I changed to a flexdirect account. My husband has another 1 in his name. So we have 7 in total paying interest. The ones I applied for this month were not opened until I signed a form and returned to them, but I still got paid interest on them this month.

But the great news is that Quidco have paid my £70 into paypal for the Nationwide cashback despite not transferring any direct debits.

Transferring direct debits wasn't ever listed as a requirement. I did this also. :)

Yes same happened to me, but once I had signed and returned a form to them, the account was opened. Was not expecting to get any interest on these latest accounts but I did.

Not sure how long they will continue to receive interest.

I thought there was a big discussion on here that you had to transfer your direct debits. Must have got it wrong!!
