    Good morning

Thank you for all the "Happy Birthday" wishes yesterday :D I had a lovely day, DH even cooked dinner and washed up afterwards  That's only an annual occurence :rotfl:

(((((hugs))))) Scuzz - hope you get it sorted soon.

Well it's back to work today  Glad it's only a short week. Have put a load in the WM, hopefully it will be finished before I leave and I can throw it in the TD (I know I know - but it's raining  ).

Dinner tonight will be Spanish chicken and rice, and I really must get on with the ironing mountain (again).

    (((((hugs))))) to everyone
Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )
Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)

    Morning everyone.
    Big hugs scuzz (()))
Not slept to well here either, ds2 suitcase still playing on my mind!! He will be at the airport now, when i did sleep kept dreaming they make him turn his suitcase out because iv packed something in it that should have been in his hand luggage!!! I be glad once hes rang to say hes got there ok.

Todays plans back to school for the other 3 kids, i did lunch boxes last night, have to make a meal plan from what iv got in i have £25 to last me the week, normally not this low on cash at this time of the month but of cause ds2 needed spending money for his hoilday so im £100 down ( he better bring me something nice back lol)
So from what i can see i have enough in for 4 main meals, and so plan to do some baking for sweet stuff and pack ups for week.
Also need to tackle ironing and hoover upstairs.
    Have a great day everyone.

    morning

special hugs to ((scuzz)) hope you get to the bottom of it xx

Well Ive been up for 25 mins and Ive already put the dryer on ( yes I know :o but we have bedsheets to do) and done a load of washing up. My lunch is ready in the fridge, pasta with tomato sauce and yoghurt for lunch, so that should save me a fiver

Slept really heavily last night so no idea why im feeling so slooooow to start.

Hopefully work will be a bit more productive today, otherwise youll see me here all day :D

Dinner is roast chicken "nandos style" ( ie roasted :rotfl:) spicy rice & beans, jacket pot, salad from the garden & corn cobs. If im feeling up to it later Ill knock up a quick soup and curry out of it, plus enough for lunches tomorrow, plus save some for a calzone. thats one stretch - I dont think Ive satretched it that far before- must be possible!

Im starting my quid a day challenge now, will take lunch and only a pound to work, Ive been spending over a tenner a day last week and I hate to see money trickling through my fingers!

    Have a moneysaving day y'all :)
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

    Morning all :D

    Scuzz - Hugs to you

Nothing much to report for me to be honest. I've spent the weekend studying and covering for my sisters part time job whilst she's away on hols, not bad an extra couple of hundred quid for the kitty but at the moment I'm absolutely shattered. Ah well only another 2 nights to go before she's back :D

Having some problems getting the house sorted as to be honest it's slipped back down the priorities list until after my final exam (which is a week Friday). I know you shouldn't wish your life away but I just wish it was all over and I could get back to normal. Hey ho.

Hope everyone else is keeping OK and had a great long weekend. As always take or leave the :grouphug: as needed.

    Morning all,

Racy, I hope you managed to get back to sleep and that the aches and pains go soon..
Scuzz, you sound really upset. I hope it’s just some sort of misunderstanding.
<<Hugs>> for all who slept badly last night.

Mr Pink and the kids are back to work and school today. We had a great weekend but even though I enjoy having them all at home it is good to get back to a routine. They really know how to make a mess and look at me as though I’ve completely lost the plot when I suggest that they should tidy up after themselves.

Brownie points to Mr Pink though for all his help in the garden this weekend. Thanks to him the plum tree, rhubarb and blackcurrant bushes are all planted.

Once I get ds off to school, I’m going to get stuck into the house and then I’m off to the garden centre (again) to get some plants for the window boxes at the front of the house which needs a bit of livening up.

Tea tonight will be a homemade lasagne for the kids. Not sure what we’ll be having as Mr Pink and I haven’t spent much time together for a while so we’re going out for dinner. I’m really looking forward to it.

I hope you all have a good day.

    Pink

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh!! I just typed a long 1 andthen lost it so will make this quick coz I've got to get a wiggle on.... I started this at 06.30!! and have done breakfasts, washing, washing up and ironing, bed stripping, bed making etc.....

My niece stayed over so I'm going to get the 3 terrors to help with my flying b4 school (maybe seen as child labour, but I see it more as a learning curve
    :-))

I've got work til 2.30 then pick kids up from school, park,(cheesy burger strips with chicken noodles and peas), homework, bath, stories, bed.
Then... can u keep a secret?.....I've got a date!! My childrens aunts coming over to babysit and I'm off out!!

Hugs to every1 that needs/wants 1 and hope every1 has a good day.

    Luv Jx

OK completely confused. I've just been asked to go to Belfast next week for the day with bf. And he's said we will stay together when he goes away

Still confused, but feeling slightly better
