Ahh !!Well I had that lol
I'm 8 weeks, going by date of last period.
I'm okay, shocked and still dont really feel any different, I actually keep forgetting if that even makes sense!! I'm not devastated though, I'm with long term bf, we have a house together, a car, stable jobs and pets so pretty settled just hadn't planned on a little one any time soon but obviously someone somewhere had other ideas lol !!0 -
Congratulations on the scan MrsBunny. I've read that it's good to have a fizzy drink and some chocolate a bit before the scan to increase the chance of the baby being active, which helps aid the scan and measurements.
Good luck tomorrow Becca.
I went to the GP about my UTI. The dip test showed nothing but as my symptoms fit he gave me a week's amoxycilin. Apparently the normal antibiotic for this is nasty in your first trimester which is worrying.
I can't wait for my scan as colleagues are really starting to guess now. Also now that a few people know and I'm used to talking about it, it makes it harder to keep a secret the other times.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0 -
Kynthia, same here. I've had to tell a few people because of circumstances, but sometimes I forget who knows and who doesn't!
I don't think anyone in work has guessed yet but it wouldn't surprise me if when I announce it they're all like... Oh yeah we knew ages ago!0 -
Good luck to the scans today xx0

It seems really expensive when you see other places doesn't it?! I had a Early scan at 6 wks 2 days which was brilliant and saw a heartbeat etc but wasn't offered any photo. I even had the money just in case. Was gutted as my OH was away so didnt get to see it
Thinking of you today Becca0 -
Be thinking of you today Becca, hope all is healthy and happy
