Nice. 2nd one arrived today and this one is BRAND NEW!!

    Cost £19.99 + £2.99 P&P = £23.98
Incliuded Phone, £3 credit (put on phone to cover cost of p&p), AND 200 minute credit voucher.

just out of interest, how did you manage to get the 200 minute credit voucher with a £19.99 phone, without a sim? i'm intrigued.

also gutted that they're all sold out. procrastination is, as ever, the enemy... :(

I called @ 10:30 tonight and got one ordered, so might be worth a try calling up and seeing if they still have some.

Hope so - Ive just bought two !!!, someone else on thread said that the receiver will work - but not the software

Worked out at £28.70 for 2 as opposed to £21.xx for 1 (because of google checkout)

Can't wait for them to arrive.

Yes it is. I've had that receiver for years and it worked on all the PocketPCs and smartphones I've tried it with, incl Lobster

I posted earlier as I was hesitant in getting one. Now I have nothing but praise for Virgin.

I thought I'd take a risk and check the deals last weekend. The call was answered promptly and politely. Everything was explained, from the sims and to the free mins. I decided to have a reconditioned one £32.98 (with sim, no free mins but a £5 call credit). They could offer a morning delivery and it was here before 9am as promised.

Then I opened the box.... Its in a recondtioned box, but other than the fact its not in the original packaging it looks new I could not tell its a used one. I have had it a day now and its got so many features, and the TV pic is fine and DAB radio excellent. OK am sure the phone design is not for everyone but at this price there is nothing that can beat it as a bargain. Am so lucky I got one now. Thanks to people who helped with information on the thread too.

A few words of caution with this phone, if you leave pocket MSN signed in you will slowly use up your credit, even if you are not messaging anyone.

If you reset you phone you loose the TV licence, and i have not found a way of getting it back so i will have to phone up Virgin i think ...

Got TV working again by using a different sim card, It looks like this a way around paying the £5 fee (if you can get the free sims virgin give away from time to time!) as it took me through exactly the same stuff when i first used the phone, 90 days free etc ..

Mine was delivered at 7:40 this morning. However, I think that it may be faulty :( .

I assume that the navigator button is supposed to move from side to side as well as pressing in? Mine does not.

I was just checking that I was not being thick/unobservant before I phone Virgin.

The middle button (navigator) is not supposed to move from side to side just supposed to be pressed; the circle around it has four buttons underneath it to allow your to press up down left and right.
