    Mine was delivered at 7:40 this morning. However, I think that it may be faulty :( .

    I assume that the navigator button is supposed to move from side to side as well as pressing in? Mine does not.

    I was just checking that I was not being thick/unobservant before I phone Virgin.

    yup that goes up, down, left and right, and the round button inside goes in.

    If it is broken you may be able to take to a Virgin Mobile store and swap it there rather than send it back and then wait for another one.

    :T £29.99 + £2.99 delivery (tomorrow morning) + they credit you with £10 airtime once you made one chargeable call with the sim they provide :)

    You have to download the license each month to get the free TV channels (instructions provided). The free 90 days start from when I receive it, after that expires I can then choose whether I download further licenses to watch TV at the cost of £5 a month.

    :beer::beer::beer:

    The offer (above) is not accurate :mad: My phone came today, the bill says - Lobster £19.99, PAYG sim joining pack £10 (only £5 airtime credit) :mad: I didnt ask for a new sim :mad:

    The silly *** asked me yesterday did I have a virgin sim, and asked me to read the number out - and registered the bloomin thing yesterday AS WELL AS sending me a new (not requested) 'joining pack' sim.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The middle button (navigator) is not supposed to move from side to side just supposed to be pressed; the circle around it has four buttons underneath it to allow your to press up down left and right.

    HTH
    Thanks for that! I was just being a bit dense then. I am gad that it is not faulty as I am dying to have a play.

    You are far better putting credit on the phone and getting virgin to unlock it. They will unlock it free if you have £30 on the sim
