I just use the standard ready mixed paint that you can buy everywhere for children to paint with. Funnily enough I was doing handprints today but on a canvas. I think the baby did better than the 5yo!

ETA: PS I'd love to see pictures when you're done.

Thanks for that! I'll take a picture of our artwork - you never know I could have the next Picasso under my roof!! :rotfl:

Depends how long daddy will be... I'm sure he won't mind waiting if daddy will be there soon :)

We're still awake here. Such a long day. My tickly cough has turned into a sore throat and I'm losing my voice :(

Fluff, what did you decide to do? Whatever it was, I hope Freddie has a clean nappy by now. He clearly wasn't impressed with the budget. 'There you go Mr. Osborne - that's what I think!' :rotfl:
  • Not taking the required totally ridiculous feed requirements yet, need to get there by tomorrow for a chance of Friday escape. Had almost forgotten how much I hated transitional care and the whole post natal ward talking to you like you've had a lobotomy and not a baby thing.
That sounds frustrating. I remember wanting to leave the same day with my first because I hated being in hospital so much and that was without any issues like prematurity to deal with or a baby at home already. I hope you are able to get home soon.

    Ahh thanks laidies :D

I woke up at 6.15 and was so excited, I could hear Noah stirring so got him up! :p he was not best pleased and after having breakfast and opening his presents he retired back to bed at 8.30 where he is currently, still sleeping!

Here is a pic of him and his trike though! :D

Ah he's gorgeous! We have a similar one from Argos, the recliner. Can't wait for summer to use it! x :D

It was a compromise. I waited until nails were touch-dry and then changed him. When he's a teenager moaning about my bad parenting I shall remind him I jeopardised a manicure in order to change him after 20 minutes instead of wait an hour. That's how much I love him.

    Morning ladies

Thanks for all the birthday wishes for Noah yesterday. :D

Mozzy - I took noah up the school in his trike this morning! He absolutely loved it, he had a smile on his face the whole time! :)

Just been to sainsburys, can't remember who said about the baby event but thanks, stocked up on wipes and bought another juice cup for Noah to try! I did notice they had marmite flavoured baby rice cakes, anyone tried them?
